Reach a person who can get a technician moving
Ring (772) 303-4314 at any hour or leave your details below. A door that will not open or close is treated as a same-day call.
Ways to reach us
Useful to mention, none of it required
Whether the door is a single or a double. What it did last: a bang, a hum, a grind, a loop of cable on the floor, nothing at all. The opener brand if you can see it from the garage floor. Whether a car is shut inside. The name of your community and whether there is a gate code, since Tradition, Verano, PGA Village and most of the St. Lucie West neighborhoods have one. A photo taken from inside the garage with the door closed tells the technician more than any description.
After you call
Someone takes your name, number, ZIP code and what the door is doing, and a technician rings back to agree a window. At the house the opener comes off, the door is lifted by hand and every part of the system is checked before a price is written, parts and labor on separate lines. For a new door, opener or screen you get a written quote that holds for 30 days with the permit, the wind rating and any association submittal shown as their own items.
Car trapped, door stuck open, spring just let go, or a storm on the way? Say so first and the next free technician comes to you. Leave the red release cord alone if the door is up and a spring has broken; the door will drop.
Where the technicians go
All of Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce and Lakewood Park to the north, Jensen Beach, Stuart, Palm City, Port Salerno and Hobe Sound in Martin County, and Vero Beach in Indian River County. The full map lists the communities page by page.
